Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes, 100%. lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are real diamonds created in a controlled environment using advanced technology — just ethically and sustainably.
Do lab-grown diamonds come with certification?
Absolutely. Every solitaire and diamond jewellery piece comes with an authentic IGI or GIA certificate, confirming its quality based on the 4Cs — Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat Weight.
What is the difference between 14K and 18K gold?
18K gold contains 75% pure gold (more luxurious, softer, richer color), while 14K contains 58.3% pure gold (slightly harder, more durable for everyday wear). Both are hallmarked and lifetime guaranteed.
Can I wear my Nebu Jewellery every day?
Yes! All our jewellery is designed for daily wear. We recommend removing it during heavy physical activity, swimming, or applying perfume/lotion directly on the piece to maintain its shine longer.
How do I clean my Nebu Jewellery at home?
Soak in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 10–15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a soft cloth. We also offer free professional cleaning once a year.
Is resizing possible on rings?
Yes. Most rings can be resized ±2 sizes free of cost within 30 days of purchase. After that, a nominal charge applies. Engraved or eternity bands cannot be resized.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer 15-day money-back (no questions asked) on all eligible jewellery. Full-value exchange within 15 days, and lifetime exchange/buyback on gold & diamond pieces as per our policy.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on select prepaid-eligible orders under ₹49,999 across India (except diamond & gold jewellery above certain value for security reasons).
Do you offer customization or engraving?
Yes! We offer name/initial engraving, custom ring sizes, and select design modifications. Customized pieces are made-to-order and not eligible for return (only lifetime warranty applies).
